Eli's BBQ Mac and Cheese

Ingredience

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • Milk
  • Small bag Colby Jack cheese
  • Bbq chicken, prepared
  • Pasta, elbows or cavatappi
  • Black pepper
  • Frank’s red hot

Instructions

  1. 3 tbsp of butter in pan, melt over medium heat
  2. Sprinkle in 3 tbsp flour, make sure it gets incorporated after each tbsp
  3. Milk, add and stir quickly and keep adding until you get a good consistency, kind of runny like a cream sauce
  4. Colby jack, 1 bag Kraft for melting
  5. Throw in container of bbq chicken, a shit ton of black pep, a little bit of frank’s red hot
  6. Mix w noodles
