Eli's BBQ Mac and Cheese
Ingredience
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp flour
- Milk
- Small bag Colby Jack cheese
- Bbq chicken, prepared
- Pasta, elbows or cavatappi
- Black pepper
- Frank’s red hot
Instructions
- 3 tbsp of butter in pan, melt over medium heat
- Sprinkle in 3 tbsp flour, make sure it gets incorporated after each tbsp
- Milk, add and stir quickly and keep adding until you get a good consistency, kind of runny like a cream sauce
- Colby jack, 1 bag Kraft for melting
- Throw in container of bbq chicken, a shit ton of black pep, a little bit of frank’s red hot
- Mix w noodles
