London broil

Ingredience

• 1 London broil
• Salt and pep
• An onion, sliced
• Appx. 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
• Beef broth (optional)
• Ziploc bag

Instructions

1. Cut up onion
2. Deposit meat, and other ingredients into ziploc bag. Marinate for 4 hours to overnight.
3. Remove and grill for until done. Maybe you can broil or pan sear it but idk about all that.
